I just learned that a wine colleague of mine, Penny Murray, Export Director for the renown Sicilian producer Aziende Agricole Planeta, will be in town and has offered to lead us through a tasting of her amazing wine portfolio!

 

This evening was scheduled to be a "Westminster 1st Wednesday Dinner", but I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to showcase these wines and introduce Penny and the wines of Planeta to our community!

 

This tasting will be in the traditional JeannieBird format - 5 different Planeta wines, included in the cost of the tasting. The wines will be complimented by a wonderful a-la-carte menu of small plate savories & sweets that Chef's Hannah & Tom are already busy putting together, so get ready to share, snack, graze, or chow down!

All wines served at the tasting will be available for purchase at a 15% discount on the night of the event for your enjoyment, entertainment and gift-giving!
